How it Works:

This workflow creates a Telegram bot that accepts lab report images/documents and returns AI-generated summaries. Here's the complete process:

1. Lab Report Upload Detection

Telegram trigger receives messages and files from users.
JavaScript code checks if the message contains any file attachments (documents, images, etc.).

2. File Processing and Download

If a file is detected, the workflow retrieves file information using Telegram Bot API.
The actual file is downloaded from Telegram servers for AI analysis.

3. AI Analysis and Response

OpenAI GPT-4 analyzes the lab report image/document with specialized medical prompts.
AI generates simplified explanations, identifies abnormal values, and suggests doctor questions.
The comprehensive summary is sent back to the user via Telegram.
